Refund and Returns Policy

At Marhaba, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products. However, if you receive a wrong size, incorrect item, or a damaged product, we offer an exchange under the conditions outlined below. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.

1. Conditions for Exchange

We accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong size received
  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged or defective product (proof required)

Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds. The highest resolution we can provide is a product exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition.
  • Customers must request an exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Photo or video proof is required for damaged or defective products.
  • Customers must contact our customer support team at info@themarhaba.com before initiating the exchange process.
  • Our team will process the exchange within 3 business days (excluding Fridays).

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If the correct product was sent, but the customer requests a size change, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged product was sent, Marhaba will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products that are being sold at a discount of 40% or Greater.
  • Undergarments
